Not just now, but for years to come, your Consolidated Dryer will be making you money thanks to dramatically increased efficiency and dependability.

Heating System At the heart of each conventional Consolidated Dryer is our exclusive Full Flame Spectrum Modulating Burner System. This unique system operates like "cruise control", using only the correct amount of energy required to maintain the desired temperature. Starting at low flame, the burner gradually modulates up to high flame. Once the temperature inside the dryer reaches the desired point, the flame is automatically and constantly adjusted to keep the temperature level and to avoid wasted energy and excessive drying which can result in scorching. The result is dramatically increased efficiency over other outmoded burner operating systems. For delicate items, our standard "inlet temperature control" guards against excessive temperatures that may otherwise damage temperature-sensitive fabrics. Other heating systems available on Consolidated Dryers include steam, fuel-oil, gas/fuel-oil combinations and thermal oil. Each alternate system is the most efficient of its type available. Consult our factory for full details.

MicroCommand III The standard Consolidated MicroCommand III with color touchscreen is the simplest and most effective dryer-management control available today. With 96 user-programmable formulas, you can control every aspect of your dryer easily and efficiently. Program it for standard full-drying, conditioning, automatic full-drying or automatic drying to pre-determined moisture levels. Program it for cool-down by time or to a pre-determined temperature. Program it for optional automatic loading or unloading. It is self-diagnostic and reports on dryer mechanical problems.
