AUTOMATIC LOADING CONVEYOR

If your plant uses overhead slings to move loads from one place to another, then you know the bottlenecks and injuries that can occur in your drying department. To solve these problems, Consolidated created our Automatic Loading Conveyor.

One Automatic Loading Conveyor services one dryer, smoothly and quickly moving into and out of position to automatically load and instruct the dryer to commence drying operations.

The loading conveyor signals your operator when it is empty so that a load can be placed in it. The operator enters a drying program number into the MicroCommand microprocessor control interface mounted on the conveyor platform and goes on to other tasks. Meanwhile, when the dryer is ready for a new load, the unattended loading conveyor automatically moves into position, loads the dryer, transfers the drying program and returns to the sling loading position so that the dryer can start.

Installing an automatic loading conveyor for each of your dryers increases plant production and helps reduce worker injuries associated with sling loaded drying.
